Snow is here! I just wanted to send out a quick reminder of policies regarding recess during the winter months which are outlined in our handbook.
In the wintertime, children will go out unless the temperature or wind chill is below twenty degrees or the playground surface is considered too dangerous (ice, water, mud, etc.). Children must be properly dressed to play in the snow. This attire requires boots, snow pants, a coat, mittens or gloves, and a hat or hood.
